This was a really busy day for us! My brother was fortunate enough to secure our 91 year old grandfather a spot on the Honor Flight which was leaving Columbia to Washington DC early this morning. It was also my brothers 25th birthday on this day.

Jae and Erica had other early morning plans on this day to bring another April 11th baby into the world. As I'm watching the early morning news for a glimpse of the WW2 veterans boarding the plane Berry calls to let me know Erica was at the hospital in labor. Later that afternoon we became the proud aunt and uncle to a beautiful baby girl!

After hanging around the hospital until late in the evening we made it to the airport just in time to welcome home my grandfather, brother, and the other vets returning from the honor flight
