Venice Day 2

After breakfast we walked over to the local fish market. To get there we crossed over the famous Rialto Bridge, which is a very old bridge in Venice.



















After walking through the fish market we went inside St. Mark's Basilica and did an audio tour (no pictures allowed inside) and then we walked around Venice for the rest of the afternoon.











One of the best meals that we had in Italy was in a little restaurant in Venice that we ate at this night. We shared a pizza and a spicy pasta --penne arribiata.













There was a huge fireworks display this night, which was the perfect way to end our time in Venice!
